Account Deletion Request

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, please ensure you understand the consequences outlined below.

What is Account Deletion?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your Comoesta account and most associated data from our systems. This action is irreversible and you will lose access to all services.

How to Request Account Deletion

Click the "Send Deletion Request" button below

This will open your email client with a pre-formatted message to our support team.

Include Required Information

In your email, please provide:

  • Your full name (as registered in the app)
  • Registered email address
  • Contact number (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)

Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days. You may be contacted for verification purposes.

Account Deletion Complete

Once approved, your account will be permanently deleted and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please note that account deletion may be delayed or denied if:

  • You have active debt collection orders in progress
  • There are outstanding payments or pending transactions
  • You are involved in ongoing disputes or investigations
  • Legal or regulatory requirements mandate data retention
  • There are unresolved issues with your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your personal profile information (name, contact details, address)
  • Account credentials and login information
  • App preferences and settings
  • Uploaded documents and media (subject to retention policies)
  • Chat history and communication records

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be kept for legal and operational purposes:

Payment Records: Retained for at least 7 years for tax and auditing compliance
Legal Records: Case information required for legal proceedings or regulatory compliance
Anonymized Data: Aggregated analytics data with personally identifiable information removed
Backup Systems: Data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

If you're concerned about privacy but don't want to delete your account, consider:
